LOVE the body you were born with ...

I was suprised when sexy singer Shakira recently admitted she has body image issues n' sees a regular therapist to help her deal with them. Nuw, if sum1 like Shakira -with those gyrating hips - has insecurities, where's the hope for the rest of us?
The thing is, all of us women have a body confidence issues, whatever our age, size or shape . At The Weekly's photo shoots, we meet many gorgeous celebrities who have fabulous bodies - but when we try putting them in an outfit, sometimes they get self-consious n' need to be reassured that they look good in it .
When it comes to our body image, we women are our worst enemies. "Flat chest", "big hips", "flabby arms", "ugly feet", it goes on ... (n' that's just mylist we're talking bout!) We tend to focus on all our preceived flaws n' ignore the good bits .
To me, body confidence should ot be bout looking like the models u see on the catwalk. It's bout making the most of the body u have - whether u're curvy like Beyonce, or lean n' slim like Gwyneth Paltrow.
Loving ur body is also bout treating it with respect. We wnat to look our best, but are not willing to treat it right - by exercising regularly, eating healthily, getting proper rest, n' giving it a pampering break when it needs one.
So this issues has tips to help you make the most of the bodies u were born with - from figure-flattering fashion n' clever shapewear to quick-fix products n' body-boosting health tips.
It's true , being 100% comfortable with ur body is not easy - so we hope this ssues gives u that little boost of confidence n' encouragement u need. Enjoy ur month - n' ur beautiful body ! :)
